Just Do What He Says...

We are a city on a hill. We are the Bride of Christ, the holy Jerusalem, a lampstand that must not be hidden. Jesus gave us these pictures so we would understand who we are.
We are vessels on this earth, carrying His Spirit and His power. After the Cross, He promised power. He taught us to pray, “Your kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.” That kingdom lives within us. When we become intimate with Him through His Word, we become empowered to live it out!
We are called to build a functioning church that cannot be shaken; one body ready to harvest fields that are ripe. Souls are waiting to know the truth of His love and walk in freedom. This truth must be preached and perpetuated by we who have experienced it.
We are the harvesters. We must advance the kingdom in every community, every town, every village. We cannot be silent and we cannot afford to be inactive in church planting and revitalization. This is the hour. Preach the gospel. Signs will follow those who believe.
I recently heard a testimony of a man who preached, left Bibles, and returned to that place a year later. He was told the people wouldn’t last without outside leadership. But when he came back, the whole city had come to Christ. A 19-year-old girl ran to him and said, “You left us the Book. We read it. We did what it said.”
Don’t underestimate the power of the gospel. Just do what it says, and watch what God will do!
If we were to adopt this same attitude toward church planting and revitalization, imagine how great an impact we could have on the expansion of the Kingdom of God... Imagine the radical effect it would have on the cities where the churches Harvesters supports are planted and revitalized...
How many cities might one day carry the testimony:
"Our entire city came to Christ, because you did what He said..."
Every time you support Harvesters ministry, you take part in this kind of impact.
Now is the time.
You are part of the body of Christ.
Preach. Build. Go. Give.
